Fairy Jar
Akin to a 'bug jar', these fairies were the commercially available fairies of the day. The catch is, to keep them alive, one must be constantly feeding them!
We're not sure if some little girl left the jar out in the cold, forgot to feed her fairy, or the food just got too expensive.....either way, the fairy is preserved in its original jar.
The labels are the same found over on this post, only applied directly to the bottle. The jar lid is aged, and has 'air holes' for the poor little guy!
The jar contains a fairy, some comfy moss, and an empty 'fairy nectar' bottle.
